Online Submissuin Guidelines

Progressive Journal of Advanced Engineering and Technology (PJAET) uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS 2) platform for manuscript submissions. Authors must follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth submission process.

  • Visit the journal’s website.
  • Click on the “Register” button and complete the registration form.
  • After registration, log in using your credentials.

Step 1: Start Submission

  • Click on the “Make a New Submission” button.
  • Select the appropriate section (e.g., Research Article, Review Article).
  • Confirm that your submission meets the journal’s requirements.

Step 2: Upload Manuscript

  • Upload your manuscript file in MS Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • Ensure the file is anonymized for double-blind peer review (remove author names and affiliations).
  • Upload additional files if required (figures, tables, supplementary materials).

Step 3: Enter Metadata

  • Provide the full manuscript title.
  • Add an abstract (150–250 words).
  • Enter keywords (3–6 keywords, separated by commas).
  • List all authors with complete affiliation details and ORCID (if available).

Step 4: Confirm References

  • Ensure all references follow the IEEE or APA (7th edition) citation style.
  • Upload a separate reference file if required by the system.

Step 5: Final Confirmation and Submission

  • Review all entered information.
  • Agree to the submission declaration and copyright policy.
  • Click the “Finish Submission” button.

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your submission.
  • The editorial team will conduct an initial screening.
  • If accepted for peer review, the manuscript will undergo a double-blind review process.
  • Authors will receive feedback and revision requests through the OJS system.
  • If revisions are required, log in to the OJS system.
  • Upload the revised manuscript and provide a response to reviewers' comments.
  • Confirm all necessary changes before resubmission.
  • Once accepted, the final version of the manuscript will be processed for publication.
  • Authors will receive a proof version for final approval before publication.
  • The published article will be available as open access on the journal’s website.
